Position: Equipment Maintenance Technician (Photolithography)

Renesas Electronics is looking for an experienced technician to fill the role of Photolithography Maintenance Technician supporting its manufacturing facility in Palm Bay, Florida. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent written and communication skills. This position offers development opportunities working for a leader in the design and manufacture of high-performance analog semiconductors.

This position involves the preventative and corrective maintenance of the tool sets found in the Photolithography/Metrology area. Tool sets include Canon iW /i1 Steppers, Perkin Elmer Aligners 600, SVG
90,88,86 tracks, TEL ACT8 Coater and Developer tracks, Hitachi SEM, and IVS metrology tools.

Qualifications Education Requirements

AS or BS in electrical, mechanical, military training, or 5+ years relevant work experience.

Experience Requirements / Skills

5+ years supporting TEL ACT8 coat/develop tracks.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in a semiconductor-manufacturing environment with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Equipment Maintenance Field.
Strong mechanical skills
Strong electronic skills
Excellent Oral communication skills
Excellent Written Communication skills
Demonstrated problem solving ability
Must have knowledge of SPC and know how it is used and implemented in the manufacturing environment.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift 40lbs.

Due to the nature of this position and the required access to areas where ITAR-controlled articles and/or technical data may be present, candidates must meet the applicable U.S. person requirements for ITAR access. This includes individuals who are:

A U.S. citizen or U.S. national;
A lawful permanent resident (Green Card holder); or
A protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3).

Additional Information

This position is 100% onsite in Palm Bay, FL.

This is a NIGHT shift position, Mon 0 Wed, and every other Thursday. Hours are on a compressed work week, 3 days- 7pm to 7am one week, and 4 days the next week.
