Illumina seeks a Senior or Staff Scientist to lead high-throughput perturb-seq experiments for target discovery and validation. • Build laboratory infrastructure and team for high-throughput sequencing experiments
• Design, develop, and validate quantitative cellular assays to credential novel targets

• Ph.D. in cell biology, molecular biology, bioengineering, or related field
• 4+ years of post-doctoral or industry experience
• Expertise in high-throughput sequencing assays and single-cell sequencing
• Proficiency with CRISPR, cell culture, and iPSC model systems
• Demonstrated innovation and scientific rigor with publications in peer-reviewed journals
• Experience in target identification and validation workflows
