• Meet with customers in their homes to help select flooring products that fit their needs. The role is 100% commission with commission bonuses; top performers earn well over six figures.
• Prospect hot leads and leverage the Empire brand to generate referrals and new customers. Territory hot leads are generally within a 1-hour radius.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions (in person and virtual).

• Valid driver’s license and a vehicle with space for flooring sample boards; ability to drive the vehicle with sample boards
• Valid auto insurance
• Ability to lift and carry at least 25 lbs
• Availability for evening and weekend appointments
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to use a tablet and laser measuring device for diagramming and contract preparation
• Present professionally, including in Empire-branded apparel
