, part of Cumberland International Trucks, Inc., is seeking an energetic, customer‑service oriented Outside Parts Salesperson to join our growing team in Palm Bay, FL. The role offers a bright future and opportunities for growth within the organization.

• Respond to customer parts or information requests quickly.
• Develop business relationships with all customers.
• Develop a game plan for prospecting a designated territory.
• Communicate internally with the parts department and externally with customers.
• Monitor the status of customer orders, advising in case of problems and notifying upon arrival.
• Assist other Parts Department employees with the above tasks as necessary.
• Organize and maintain customer accounts, including pricing and application materials.

• Direct impact on parts sales and customer satisfaction with teamwork and a sincere desire to contribute.
• Excellent communication skills, awareness of others, and effective listening ability.
• Customer appreciation, desire to satisfy customers, and ability to instill customer confidence.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction by addressing potential issues proactively.
• Multi‑tasking ability, especially in dealing with interruptions and quick acknowledgements.
• Preferred but not required
  • College degree.
  • Truck Parts Sales and/or Parts Counter experience.
  • Mechanical aptitude or experience in automotive and/or truck mechanics.
  • Parts department experience, particularly in a truck dealership or truck aftermarket environment.
  • Ability to recognize opportunities for process and operational improvement.
