Base Pay Range: $150,000 - $200,000 per year (plus uncapped commissions; top representatives can earn over $400,000).

- Set individual sales targets
- Track sales goals and report results
- Promote company products and services
- Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts
- Work a full schedule, including weekend and holiday flexibility
- Self‑motivated and results‑oriented
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work evening and weekend appointments
- Personal vehicle with valid driver’s license
- In‑Home Sales or Business‑to‑Consumer Sales experience preferred
- Experience in Windows & Doors, bath remodeling, kitchen design, roofing, car sales, HVAC – a plus
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish – a plus
- Ability to meet and exceed goals
- Works successfully without close supervision
- Criminal background check required
This is a full‑time, W‑2 outside sales representative position.
