As a Security Officer - Unarmed Clearance Required, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as aero/defense and more. You will monitor and patrol designated areas within an aerospace and defense location, deter security‑related incidents, provide exceptional customer service, and foster a welcoming environment.

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, following site‑specific policies, and responding to emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random patrols to deter unauthorized activity and observe for any unusual conditions.
• Document and report incidents, observations, and activities as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.
• Assist visitors, employees, and contractors with inquiries while maintaining access control procedures.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary.
• Support management in maintaining a visible presence and upholding security standards at the location.

• An active Department of Defense Secret Clearance is required.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation and drug screening as required by law.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Licensing requirements subject to state and local regulations; a valid driver’s license required for driving positions.
