Field Service Technician II – Air Compressor

Ring Power Corporation invites experienced technicians to support air compressor equipment across our Florida and U.S. operations. The role requires safe, hands‑on service, continuous training, and teamwork to maintain high standards of repair, safety, and customer satisfaction.

• Perform safe work practices, wear PPE, and follow all safety, environmental and contamination control policies.
• Attend and complete all required technician training classes.
• Maintain a set of tools and diagnostic equipment necessary to diagnose, disassemble, and assemble components to manufacturer specifications.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and electronic components on customer or company‑owned equipment.
• Inspect components to maximize reuse and control repair costs; complete required documentation using appropriate software.
• Monitor repair costs versus estimates; report any cost overruns to supervisor before job completion.
• Work positively, maintain a supportive team attitude, and mentor or train others as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School diploma or GED.
• 3–4 years of field service or similar technical experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to comprehend written materials and communicate orally and in writing with employees and customers.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and relevant dealer software programs (desired).
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic equipment troubleshooting and repair.

• Limited lifting (up to 25 lbs), pushing and pulling (up to 25 lbs). No heavy loads required.

• Work maintained inside with protection from weather; occasional exposure to outside conditions.
• Temperature extremes:
  Below 32 °F or above 100 °F for more than one hour (rare).
• Noise, vibration, and chemical hazards present; appropriate personal protective equipment required.
