Drilling and Irrigation Services, a leading provider of water well drilling services, is currently seeking a Well Driller and Well Driller Helper to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work with a reputable company in a physically active outdoor role that makes a real impact on communities and clients.

• Operate and maintain drilling rigs and related equipment.
• Drill residential, commercial, irrigation and/or agricultural wells.
• Install and develop wells according to specifications and safety regulations.
• Troubleshoot drilling issues.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of drilling operations.
• Follow all safety guidelines and environmental regulations.

• Prior experience in well drilling or related field preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work in physically demanding conditions and lift heavy equipment.
• Willingness to travel to job sites and work outside in varying weather conditions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Team oriented with good communication skills.
