Water Damage Technician

Mold Remediation / Restoration Technician

• Perform mold remediation and cleanup
• Water damage cleanup and extraction
• Remove damaged drywall, flooring, insulation, and other materials
• Set up and monitor drying equipment
• Clean and sanitize affected areas
• Load, unload, and maintain equipment
• Work in residential and commercial properties
• Follow safety procedures and company standards
• Communicate professionally with customers and the team

• Reliable and dependable
• Hardworking and motivated
• Able to work in physically demanding conditions
• Comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics, and other tight areas
• Good attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to follow directions and work as part of a team
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Previous construction, restoration, mold remediation, demolition, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required for the right person

Starting pay: $17-$25 per hour, depending on experience.

This is hands-on, physical work. You will get dirty, work in uncomfortable conditions, and occasionally work long days. If you're looking for an easy job, this probably isn't for you.
