With 200 offices across North America, we combine the personalized service model of a local consultant with the global resources of Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MMC).
A day in the life.
This is a hybrid (2 days a week) position, based out of various regional offices, which may require in-person client meetings.
As an Account Manager on the High Net Worth team, you’ll:
- Inform, educate, and make recommendations to clients, carrier representatives, and underwriters; develop new business from existing accounts and assigned leads, following standard practices, policies, and procedures.
- Determine acceptability and placement of coverage and collect premium payments when applicable.
- Resolve billing issues and service requests, ensuring timeliness and completeness of information.
- Monitor status of change requests, review policy documents for accuracy, and follow up to deliver change documents to clients.
- Oversee the preparation and implementation of all transactions, paperwork, and internal processing for assigned accounts.
- Support clients with standard and complex inquiries regarding coverages, products, and services.
- Document and respond to client calls, emails, and mail transactions.
- Respond formally to client correspondence, verbally or in writing, using all reference materials to provide informed responses.
- Communicate with clients to obtain additional information to complete transactions.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Active 2-20 insurance license.
- 2-3 years of experience with high-net-worth clientele and key relationships with luxury carriers such as AIG, Chubb, PURE, Vault, Cincinnati, and Berkley One.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Additional qualifications that are a plus but not required include:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish).
- Epic or Sagitta system experience.
- Industry Designations.
