• Guide Clients Through the Design Process:Manage the entire project lifecycle, from the initial consultation and lead qualification to the final design presentation and sale.
• Create Stunning & Accurate Designs:Utilize 2020 Design Live to produce innovative, precise, and beautiful kitchen and bath designs that meet client needs and budgets.
• Build Lasting Relationships:Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance, ensuring clear communication, and building rapport to foster a positive experience.
• Drive Sales & Achieve Goals:Develop compelling proposals, effectively communicate the value of our products, and work to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain Project Details:Keep all client information, project notes, and communications meticulously organized within our CRM system.

• Experience:A minimum of 1-2 years of successful experience in a kitchen and bath design and sales role.
• Technical Skills:Proficiency in 2020 Design Live is required. Experience with a CRM is highly preferred.
• Client-Focused:A genuine passion for helping clients achieve their vision and a commitment to outstanding service.
• Self-Motivated:The ability to manage your workflow, prioritize tasks, and take initiative in a dynamic environment.
• Strong Communicator:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33418. This is an in-person role for client consultations and showroom appointments. Relocation before starting is required.
