Hi, I'm Luke, the operator of Jersey Mike's in Palm Beach Gardens.

We're building a high-performance, growth-centered team, and we're hiring Crew Members who want more than just a job - we want people who want to learn, grow, and be part of what we're building long-term.

Crew Members earn $15-$17/hr base, and our team typically earns an additional $5-$7/hr in tips, bringing most shifts to $20-$24/hr total.

What You'll Do

Crew Members support the shop through consistent, high-standard execution. You'll learn every station, work as part of a fast, friendly team, and help ensure every guest feels seen, valued, and cared for.

Key responsibilities include:

* Making subs with speed, accuracy, and Jersey Mike's quality

* Providing genuine, friendly hospitality

* Keeping stations and the shop clean and organized

* Supporting teammates during busy periods

* Following prep and food-safety standards

* Showing up prepared, focused, and ready to work hard each shift

Availability & Requirements

To meet our scheduling needs:

* Full-time or near full-time availability is strongly preferred

* Must be at least 18 years old to operate required equipment (including the slicer)

* Weekend availability is required for most roles

* Applicants with narrow or limited availability may not fit current staffing needs

This is not a good fit for most high-school schedules due to our full-time and weekend coverage requirements.
