AE - Merchandise Leader; Part-Time

Overview

As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand in ensuring your store is always rocking AEO Brand Visual Standards. You execute Floorsets, merchandising updates, and replenishment to keep the store guest-ready with attention to detail and a passion for visual standards. You collaborate with your team to get the job done and represent our company values daily.

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader by ensuring the store represents AEO Brand Standards.
• Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring areas of the store meet Floorset standards (uppers and bustforms to tables and wardrobers).
• Own day-to-day merchandising, adjust sell-through, and manage replenishment with a keen eye for merchandising opportunities; collaborate with leadership to plan and act.
• Support the Merchandising Team Leader in maintaining AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment to keep the store looking fresh.
• Prioritize guest experience as the merchandising teamirst priority; foster a culture of recognition and celebrate team wins.
• Maintain store safety standards on the Sales floor and in the Stockroom; implement shrink-reducing strategies and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.

• You love AE and Aerie products and have strong organization, attention to detail, priority-setting, and time management.
• You have flexible availability to get product moving early in the morning, late in the evening, and on weekends.
• You possess strong retail merchandising and visual skills with a history of retail work.
