Be responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain the facility and all building systems;
Be the primary Mechanic for HVAC (AC, Heat and Boiler work);
Estimate costs of materials, labor, and use of equipment required to fulfill project;
Communicate with department heads on progress;
Ensure the project timetable is maintained;
Supervise co-workers and contractors assigned to project as applicable.
