Job Summary

The Senior Product Manager, Spatial is responsible for leading the strategic direction, development, and commercialization of the Pheno Cycler® platform and its reagent portfolio. This role owns the full product lifecycle, guiding the business strategy that drives category leadership and long‑term growth across global markets.

What You’ll Do
  • Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the Pheno Cycler portfolio, aligning innovation priorities with company objectives, market dynamics, and customer needs.
  • Lead lifecycle management of the instrument and reagent portfolio—owning product vision, performance targets, pricing, and long‑term optimization.
  • Develop and present business cases for new product investments, ensuring data‑driven prioritization and cross‑functional alignment from concept through launch.
  • Drive global commercialization by partnering with Marketing, Sales, and Market Development to ensure effective go‑to‑market execution, positioning, and sales readiness.
  • Build relationships with KOLs and strategic partners to shape the scientific and commercial narrative of spatial proteomics.
  • Leverage market intelligence to anticipate trends, assess competitive threats, and identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
  • Lead global product launches with clear success metrics, stakeholder coordination, and post‑launch performance tracking.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D and Operations to ensure product quality, reliability, and supply chain robustness for a seamless customer experience.
  • Influence internal decision‑making through compelling storytelling, data synthesis, and strategic insight.
  • Mentor junior team members, fostering a high‑performance, customer‑centric culture.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Immunology, Biochemistry, or a related Life Sciences field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in product management, strategy, or commercialization within the life sciences or medical device industry.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Domain expertise in spatial biology, multiplexed imaging, proteomics, or immuno‑oncology.
  • Proven success managing complex portfolios or product lines from concept to commercial maturity.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen, with experience building business cases and influencing investment decisions.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills across technical and executive audiences.
  • Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in a relevant Life Sciences discipline.
  • Strong written and oral communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills; proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve conflict.
  • Entrepreneurial drive and self‑motivation, with a track record of business expansion and product adoption.
  • Experience representing products externally at conferences and with key opinion leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and mentor junior team members.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%, both domestically and internationally.
