Drevo Construction is a commercial construction company serving clients throughout Florida. We specialize in finish carpentry and exterior cladding installations, including ACM panels, Nichiha, Knotwood, millwork, doors, and hardware. Our team takes pride in clean, precise work, and we look for people who share that standard.

We are seeking an experienced Jr. Project Manager to assist the Sr. Project Manager with commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate has a strong background in commercial millwork, finish carpentry, and building product installation, and can keep projects on schedule, within budget, and built to spec. This is not an entry-level position. You must be able to work independently, manage multiple projects at once, and communicate effectively with clients, general contractors, field crews, and suppliers.

• Help manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, including scheduling, budgeting, and material procurement.
• Review and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Coordinate with general contractors, superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, and field installers to keep projects on track.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work meets plans, specifications, manufacturer requirements, and budget.
• Conduct site visits daily to assess progress, address issues, and verify field measurements.
• Track project costs, and documentation.

• 1-3 years of experience managing commercial construction projects, preferably in millwork, finish carpentry, doors and hardware, or exterior cladding.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, candidates must hold at least one of the following: PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management), CCM (Certified Construction Manager)
• Current OSHA 30 certification
• Experience with Procore, Fieldwire, and Microsoft 365.
• Strong understanding of commercial exterior cladding systems and interior finish products.
• Proficiency reading blueprints, shop drawings, and construction documents.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
