We are looking for a confident lead dentist with at least 5 years of clinical experience who is truly passionate about delivering comprehensive care, cosmetic excellence, and building lasting patient relationships.

Extensive collaboration and continuing education opportunities are available throughout the dental network, including advanced training in implantology, periodontics, and full‑mouth reconstruction. Monday – Thursday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Operatories: 7 total (2 hygiene rooms + 1 dedicated surgical suite)
• Payer Mix: 75% PPO | 25% Fee‑for‑Service (cash) | No Medicaid or HMO
• Clinical Focus:
  Full‑scope general and cosmetic dentistry with particular strength in crown & bridge, complex restorative, and aesthetic procedures
• Technology: 100% digital office equipped with CBCT, iTero scanner, digital sensors, and intraoral cameras. Currently using Eagle Soft; scheduled to transition to Denticon in 2026

• Model:
  Percentage of net collections (no lab bill‑backs when using the practice’s approved lab list)
• Tiered Percentage: 30% – 32%
• Daily Guarantee: $700 – $850 per day for the first 90 days to 6 months
• CE Allowance: $2,500 annually + in‑house mentorship and continuing education programs
• Partnership Track:
  Eligible after 12 months of successful performance

• 2024 Production: $1,364,707 | Collections: 98.7%
• 2025 Projection:
  On pace to surpass $1.4 million; current collections running at 104.7%
• Active Patients: 2,826, steadily increasing (~35 new patients/month)
