We are hiring for a Nocturnist position. A Nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours

• Join our established team of 20 physicians and four advanced practice providers (APPs) at Advent Health Palm Coast and Advent Health Palm Coast Parkway.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals, many of whom are bilingual in English and Spanish.

• Board-certified in internal medicine or family medicine.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Flexible scheduling options, including nocturnist shifts, are available to support work-life balance, with teammates providing collaborative coverage when needed.

• Manage complex cases with the support of a dedicated team.
• Co-manage the ICU at Palm Coast with intensivist support and participate in the 24/7 intensivist program at Parkway, where the ICU is closed.
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings with pharmacy and case management every morning to discuss patient care plans.

• Compensation:
  Competitive salary ranging from $250,000 – $335,000, based on experience and performance.
