Gynecology Physician

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced General GYN Surgeon to join our team.

Job Summary:

The General GYN Surgeon will be responsible for providing comprehensive gynecologic surgical care to patients. This includes performing a variety of surgical procedures, diagnosing and treating gynecological conditions, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient care, excellent surgical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of gynecological surgeries, including minimally invasive procedures, hysterectomies, laparoscopies, and other related surgeries.
• Diagnose and treat gynecologic conditions such as endometriosis, fibroids, ovarian cysts, and other reproductive health issues.
• Conduct preoperative and postoperative consultations and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Educate patients and their families on surgical procedures, postoperative care, and overall women's health.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous education to stay current with advancements in gynecologic surgery.
• Provide on-call coverage as needed for gynecological emergencies.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Completed residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Fellowship training in gynecologic surgery is preferred but not required.
• Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in the state of Florida.
• Strong surgical skills with experience in a variety of gynecologic procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
