Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist for an exciting opportunity in Palm Coast, Florida

As a Physical Therapist, you ll be a key part of a collaborative care team, helping patients restore movement, reduce pain, and regain independence. You’ll deliver personalized, evidence-based therapy while building meaningful relationships with your patients.

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and modalities
• Educate patients and caregivers on recovery goals and at-home exercises
• Track patient progress and adjust plans as needed
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care

• Active Florida PT license (or willing to obtain)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and patient-centered approach
