• Evaluate and treat patients in an assisted living community or home setting.
• Communicate with families, physicians, and other health care professionals.
• Maintain daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR.

• Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy.
• New graduate applicants welcome; experienced therapists acceptable.
• Actively licensed as a Florida Occupational Therapist.

PRN (pro re nata). A PRN therapist works on a per diem basis, with a flexible schedule and higher rates but no benefits. PRN work offers autonomy, variety of settings, and opportunities for skill maintenance.

$100 per evaluation plus 2 units.
