Responsibilities include supporting REMS certification, enhancing site access readiness, providing compliant reimbursement and coverage education, assisting with patient case management, coordinating treatment logistics, and strengthening stakeholder relationships.

• The role also involves coaching colleagues, serving as a regional subject-matter expert, maintaining compliant documentation, developing account plans, and supporting regional initiatives.
• Post-launch, the Sr. PAL will focus on customer engagement, patient access support, and executing regional objectives; prior to launch, broader geographic support is expected.

Qualifications require a minimum of 5 years' experience in pharmaceutical or biotech patient access, reimbursement, and case management within complex healthcare ecosystems, with deep knowledge of REMS, specialty pharmacy, buy-and-bill models, and operational workflows.

The candidate must hold a bachelor's degree, a valid driver's license, and be willing to travel approximately 50% or more, residing within 25 miles of the assigned territory.

High-value specifics include experience supporting access for REMS-regulated biologics or specialty therapies, understanding of the mental health landscape, and familiarity with the treatment landscape for TRD and PTSD.
