Position at Pyramid Global Hospitality, working at Hammock Beach Golf Resort & Spa.

Hammock Beach Golf Resort & Spa is a premier destination within the Pyramid Global Hospitality portfolio. Nestled along the Atlantic coastline, it features 285 guest rooms and 114,410 sq. ft. of meeting space, offering championship golf courses and an exceptional service environment.

• Help guests discover their “Wanderlust” experience
• Provide exceptional customer service, engaging guests and showing sincere interest
• Check guests in, ensuring proper credit is received, special requests are noted and fulfilled, and accurate information is established
• Resolve problems and “WOW” guests through recovery when things aren’t quite right
• Promote and sell special hotel programs
• Interact with hotel/resort staff professionally and assist other departments as needed
• Be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and policies
• Maintain the house bank
• Generate, print and distribute daily and weekly reports
• Ensure Night Audit procedures are followed with great attention to detail
• Communicate all pertinent information to manager on duty
• Follow procedures on posting, charges, cashing checks, safe deposits, and refunds
• Assist other departments as needed

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
• Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

$17.00 per hour

Actual compensation may vary based on experience and location.
