Day Shift
$35.00/HR
What You’ll Be Doing- Operate machinery that blows mold containers of various sizes and colors.
- Monitor the quality of bottles and ensure they meet quality control standards and specifications.
- Suggest changes in working methods and equipment use to increase departmental efficiency.
- Notify supervisor of any manufacturing problems, analyze and resolve work problems, or assist coworkers in a timely manner.
- Maintain and enforce all safety rules and regulations and keep the work area clean.
- Maintain blow molding machines, chillers, air compressors, grinders, and blenders.
- Hang molds and set up to run.
- Fill in for operators on all shifts when needed.
- Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 3 years of blow mold machine maintenance and/or injection molding experience.
- 3 years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
- Ability to perform long periods of standing.
- Ability to lift, twist, and carry up to 60 lbs.
- Experience working in temperature‑controlled environments.
- Ability to work around high noise levels.
- Willingness to wear a full‑face respirator as needed.
- Compliance with health and safety and GMP regulations.
- Availability for overtime when necessary.
This position offers a base salary of $35.00/HR, with compensation varying by experience, skill set, and location. Additional benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
