Registered Nurse Position – DaVita Kidney Care

Join us as a Registered Nurse at DaVita Kidney Care. We are looking for compassionate, empathetic nurses eager to provide life‑changing care to patients with end‑stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.

• No dialysis experience is required.
• Training may take place in a facility or a training clinic other than your assigned home clinic.
• Float to various clinics during and after your training.
• Flexible schedule – able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Build meaningful, long‑term relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting.
• Be part of a supportive team that relies on each other in a positive environment.
• Deliver care to patients with multiple comorbidities, utilizing a broad range of nursing skills.
• Oversee a group of patients with the support of Patient Care Technicians to conduct observations, measure vitals, and set up machines.
• Work in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment.

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited school (B.S.N. or a three‑year diploma may also qualify).
• Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med‑Surg is helpful but not required.
• Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) is an advantage.
