• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to home health patients according to the patient’s plan of care
• Use assessment tools to manage medical needs and coordinate with other disciplines

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Active Florida LPN license
• Valid Florida driver’s license, active vehicle insurance, and clear MVR
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience required;
  Home Health experience is a plus
• IV certification preferred
• Strong initiative and independent judgment
