Job Responsibilities:

• Perform and document accurate initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate patient conditions and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to address identified patient needs and goals.
• Administer medications accurately and appropriately as ordered, monitoring patient responses and adjusting interventions as necessary.
• Supervise and guide nursing personnel in delivering safe, therapeutic, and quality patient care, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
• Provide patient and family education about the care plan, medications, procedures, and other relevant information to ensure understanding and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
• Current RN licensure
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Certified EKG Technician (CET) [preferred]
• Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) [preferred]
• Critical Care Medicine Certification (CCMC) [preferred]
• Electronic Fetal Monitoring (CEFM) [preferred]
• Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) [preferred]
• Neonatal Med Certification (NEONATAL MED) [preferred]
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) [preferred]
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) [preferred]
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Program [preferred]
• Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) [preferred]
• Oncology Nurse Society (ONS) certification [preferred]
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
• PEARS - Pediatric Emergency Assessment, Recognition, and Stabilization certification [preferred]
• S.T.A.B.L.E. Certification [preferred]
• Trauma Nurse Course Certified (TNCC) [preferred]

Pay Range: $32.76 - $57.47 per hour
