Job Description- Other duties as assigned. Educates patients on what to expect before, during, and after diagnostic and treatment procedures, and develops and revises patient educational materials.
- Serves as a resource to cancer patients, educates and answers questions about disease‑specific health concerns, and participates in health lectures and educational outreach programs.
- Coordinates and participates in weekly multidisciplinary conferences, tracks scheduled procedures, follows pathology results, and monitors outcomes of meetings.
- Builds relationships with community physician practices/groups to grow disease‑specific inpatient and outpatient market share.
- Engages and enrolls healthcare providers in the Cancer Navigation Pathway Program.
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
- Associate’s of Nursing (Required), Bachelor’s of Nursing, Master’s of Nursing
- Basic Life Support – CPR Cert (BLS) – RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement
- ТипDriver’s License (DL) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
- Registered Nurse (RN) – EV Accredited Issuing Body
Pay Range: $68,132.50 – $
