They are knowledgeable about in-store and digital capabilities that drive adoption and loyalty, and empower guests to shop quickly and easily at the checklanes, guest services, gift registry, pick-up and drive up while maintaining exceptional quality.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you perform daily tasks.
• Assist guests to solve their specific needs in a welcoming manner.
• Inform guests about current promos, store activities and events.
• Know the tools, products, and services available in the total store to resolve issues and improve guest experience.
• Explain Target Loyalty program benefits and assist with application or sign-up as needed.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with safety standards.
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality and accuracy.
• Educate guests on using Target App features and Wallet; direct to Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering options.
• Handle returns per policy with guidance from leadership when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock supplies during store hours.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as order pick up and drive-up while complying with laws and policies.

• Accurately handle checkout operations and support cash office operations as needed.
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise safely; frequently lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 44 pounds without assistance.
• Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays); reliable attendance required.
• Ability to remain mobile for shift duration.
• Work in varying temperatures and conditions while performing duties such as Drive-Up or carryout.
