The job involves working at checkout and across store operations to ensure quick, accurate service and guest satisfaction, including safety and compliance considerations.
Responsibilities- Demonstrate a service culture prioritizing the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests during daily tasks and assisting with their needs.
- Engage with guests to understand and resolve their specific needs; assist with tools, products, and services across the total store.
- Be knowledgeable about Target loyalty programs, fulfillment services, and how to enroll, activate and use them; explain Wallet and Target App features to guests.
- Handle returns according to policies, and work with leaders to resolve guest concerns while following procedures.
- De-escalate situations and recover the guest shopping experience per Target policies.
- Deliver accurate service for Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests; maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Stock supplies during store hours and be available for guests; comply with safety policies and training.
- Support guest services such as order pick up, Drive-Up, and related duties, with compliance for adult beverage laws where applicable.
- Assist with Cash Office processes as needed, including cash systems management.
- Perform other duties based on business needs.
- Enjoy interacting and helping guests and fellow team members.

- Flexibility to pick up shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift; capable of working in varying temperatures and conditions.
