• Greet members and guests with warmth and professionalism

• Drive membership sales through engaging conversations and follow-ups

• Manage class bookings, studio software, and daily operations

• Support instructors and ensure a clean, organized studio environment

• Represent the Club Pilates brand with enthusiasm and integrity

• Passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Sales or customer service experience preferred

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays
