- Develop and maintain relationships with key distributor accounts and manage pricing
- Provide training and technical support on the employer's products to agents and customers
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution preferred, with a focus on technical disciplines
- Minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience in the electrical products sector, ideally within the telecom industry
- Experience managing relationships with 3rd party rep agencies
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently with high organizational and time management skills

- Proven track record of closing strategic sales opportunities
- Knowledge of industry trends related to electrical connection and protection solutions
- Familiarity with the employer's product lines and competitive landscape
- Previous participation in conferences and expos related to the industry
