Project Sales Consultants are part of the In-Home Outside Sales Team. This is a full-time, commission-based position with W-2 benefits, where representatives typically earn between $45K and $80K, with top performers earning over $90K annually. Sales reps usually visit the local sales office once a week, and the remaining days are spent visiting pre-scheduled appointments from home. Territories cover up to approximately 2 hours around your zip code.

This is not door-to-door sales; consumers contact Sears requesting estimates on our Home Improvement Products.

We supply all necessary tools and paid training to help you succeed.

• Travel within the local market area using a personal vehicle to appointments
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required
• Ability to lift sample cases (5-40 lbs)
• Proficiency in computer skills
• Work a 5-day week including Saturdays; flexibility for additional days and hours
• Effective negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent customer service and influencing skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
