Pay & Perks- $16/hour base plus commission opportunities

- Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in consultative sales, including presenting, recommending, and confidently pitching services or products to clients
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable with basic math, computers, and multitasking
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
- Interest in wellness, massage, or skincare is a plus
- Open availability including evenings and weekends
- Deliver a 5-star experience to every guest, every visit
- Educate clients on services, memberships, and wellness goals
- Answer phones, manage schedules, and handle transactions
- Support membership retention through follow-up and engagement
- Keep the clinic organized, welcoming, and running smoothly
- Work closely with leadership and service providers as a team
