Parts Delivery Driver

Palm Coast Ford is seeking a highly motivated and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Parts Delivery Driver. As a critical part of our Parts department, the delivery driver will be responsible for delivering parts to our valued customers in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a positive attitude to ensure a positive customer experience.

This is a full-time, hourly position in the automotive industry located in Palm Coast, Florida.

• Deliver parts to customers in a safe and timely manner
• Load and unload parts onto delivery truck
• Review delivery route to ensure efficiency and on-time deliveries
• Maintain accurate and organized records of deliveries and shipments
• Collaborate with Parts department and other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
• Follow all safety procedures and traffic laws
• Keep delivery truck clean and well-maintained
• Communicate effectively with customers and provide exceptional customer service
• Assist with inventory management and stocking of parts when needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficient in using GPS and other navigation tools
• Familiarity with automotive parts and their functions is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
