Tax Manager

We're seeking an experienced tax professional who can take ownership of client engagements, guide colleagues, and turn technical findings into practical advice. You'll work directly with partners and clients, connecting accurate compliance with decisions that affect their businesses, investments, and long-term plans.

• Manage individual and business tax engagements, including related entities and multistate matters, from planning through completion.
• Review returns and supporting work papers, resolve technical questions, and document conclusions clearly.
• Identify planning opportunities and explain findings, recommendations, and next steps directly to clients.

• Substantial public accounting tax experience and strong review skills.
• The judgment to manage complex engagements with appropriate partner input.
• Strong organization, dependability, and confidence leading client conversations.
• Experience with business owners, real estate investors, and related individual returns is particularly relevant.
• International tax or transaction experience is a plus.
