We’re seeking a Medical and Primary Care Optometrist who is passionate about providing top-quality patient care and ready to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

This is a perfect role for an energetic, personable optometrist who enjoys collaboration, lifelong learning, and community engagement.
What You’ll Do- Provide comprehensive primary eye care in modern offices with outstanding optical dispensaries.
- Diagnose, manage, and co-manage chronic and surgical eye conditions
, partnering with fellowship-trained specialists in glaucoma, retina, refractive, and advanced anterior segment. - Work a balanced schedule:
Tuesday–Friday (8am–5pm) and Saturday (9am–3pm) — leaving your Mondays free for recreation or relaxation!

- Base salary: $175,000–$250,000 (CA Senate Bill 1162 pay range)
- Proven total income: $200K+ annually with productivity bonuses (optical + medical)
- $25,000 signing/relocation bonus
