A Typical DayAs an Associate Team Leader, you’ll provide on‑site leadership, ensuring smooth front‑desk operations, engaging with clients, and directing the team through daily huddles and schedules.

- History of delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Support the Multi‑Unit Team Leader as onsite point of contact for associates and clients, ensuring quality and consistent execution.
- Execute and hold all tax office associates accountable to the client service experience, escalating to the Multi‑Unit Team Leader and District General Manager as necessary.
- Serve as point of contact for onsite escalated client service concerns and ensure proper scheduling, resolving conflicts with escalation to leadership.
- Lead the office from the front desk, provide phone coverage, and engage with clients to deliver an outstanding experience.
- Lead daily activities to ensure all associates are scheduled, and work is completed according to deadlines with attention to quality standards and overall goals.
- Lead daily huddles and communicate essential information to office associates.
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to plan and manage day‑to‑day office operations.
- Customer‑centric mindset and strong communication skills.
- Computer proficiency with MS Office.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work a schedule of up to 40 hours per week and adapt based on business needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent, or higher education.

Pay Range InformationThe pay range for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply. Individual pay decisions will depend on experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location. Successful candidates may also participate in incentive compensation plans.
