College of the Desert (CA) seeks an IT Technician to provide technical and educational technology support for hardware and software to users on the Palm Desert campus. You will set up, install, troubleshoot media, computer systems, and deliver first-level helpdesk support.
Essential duties include configuring equipment, maintaining inventory, assisting with web updates, backups, and reporting. A qualifying associate degree and two years' related experience are required.
