Family Medical practice in Palm Desert CA. is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join this excellent Husband and Wife team!

This role will work closely with an interdisciplinary team including an MD, Social Worker, and Spiritual Care support to provide comprehensive care to patients with advancing a variety of conditions and illness.

The Advanced Practitioner will work with consultant and practice staff to manage pain and symptoms, address goals of care and treatment plans and provide guidance and education to patients and families.

• Several years’ experience in Pediatric, Gynecology and/or Geriatric
• Familiar with Diabetes, Hypertension, Asthma, and other internal medicines
• Procedure experience – EKGs, Pap smears

• We are looking for an individual with a minimum of two years clinical experience, preferably in palliative care and home health.

• Board Certification, CA licensure and DEA required
