Founded in 2000, our showroom in the Uptown Design District of Palm Springs features curated custom furniture, rugs, lighting, artwork, and accessories. Our designers offer professional services from redecoration to full home re-imagination. If you enjoy working with a creative team and maintaining a vibrant showroom, we’d love to meet you!

Qualifications

• Experience managing a high-end luxury store or showroom, with a focus on customer service and product presentation.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Email, and data entry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills for scheduling and multitasking.
• Proven merchandising skills, including creating engaging displays.
• Willingness to work weekends.
• Own a reliable vehicle for customer visits and installations.
• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Leadership experience managing a team and motivating staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers professionally.
• Coordinate employee schedules and foster teamwork.
• Maintain and update store displays to match the aesthetic vision.
• Assist in merchandising and sales, providing design advice.
• Manage pricing, customer follow-up, and delivery coordination.
