• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable about all products offered and collaborating with co-workers to provide outstanding sales service.
• Deliver sales, exceptional customer experience, and meet operational expectations.
• Maintain personal and team productivity goals.
• Engage with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess their needs.
• Learn and share expertise on products and trends to meet customer needs.
• Stay informed about current and upcoming products and trends.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

• 0-3 years of retail experience
• Confident and comfortable engaging with customers to deliver an elevated experience
• Motivated to achieve excellent results driven by enthusiasm for interacting with customers and athletic products
• Initiative in completing tasks independently
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Rate of Pay: $17.50 / hour
