Job Title: Delivery Driver & Forklift Operator
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Palm Desert, CA (Headquarters)
Compensation: Starting at $26 per hour
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and qualified Delivery Driver and Forklift Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and the drive to succeed and grow with our company.
Responsibilities:
Safely operate 1/2 ton pickup trucks, stake bed trucks, and trailers for the delivery of materials.
Operate a forklift to load and unload materials as needed.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials to various job sites.
Conduct vehicle inspections and perform routine maintenance.
Maintain delivery logs and documentation as required.
Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications:
Must possess a valid California Class C license.
Must be 25 years of age or older.
Proven work experience driving large trucks, stake bed trucks, and trailers.
Certified forklift operator with experience.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Motivated and driven for success and growth within the company.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety.
Training and Probationary Period:
All accepted applicants will undergo a 30-day training/probationary period.
During this period, you will be evaluated to ensure you meet the qualifications and can handle the responsibilities of the position.
Successful completion of the probationary period will lead to a full-time position.
