TEKsystems is hiring fully onsite Mail Clerks for a large mortgage company located in Palm Harbor, FL.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $15.00 per hour

• Receive and process documents and files; reconcile contents to a provided manifest.
• Log and inventory mail received, ensuring accuracy within the service level agreement.
• Prepare documents for scanning and manage post‑scanning processing.
• Reconcile contents in Iron Mountain and inventory shipments.
• Intake and process bad addresses per contract.
• Fold and stuff documents as required.
• Maintain KPI metrics and acceptable error rates.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Office hours: 7:00 am–3:30 pm (or 5:30 pm). 8.5‑hour day including lunch.
• Daily breaks: 15‑minute break at 10 am, lunch 12:00–12:30, break 2:30 pm.
• Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Initial training will last approximately five days, with a flexible schedule. Staff learn at their own pace.
