*** Summary
* * This position will be responsible for routing boxes and files as needed from storage in the vault to the production floor and from the production floor back to the Vault for storage.
** Essential Functions
*** Pull bankers boxes of files from shelves and route them to staff to process the files.
* Stay in coordination with the division’s leads, managers, and directors to know when products need to be routed.
* Route the products to the correct production areas in order of priority as directed by the person over the area.
* Alert the area executives when a bottle neck of work is developing so that action.
* Organize boxes on shelves.
* Pull files.
* Perform other related duties as assigned.
** Essential Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
*** Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
* Ability to prioritize multiple objectives to meet client deadlines and department goals.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics driven environment.

** Working Conditions
** Work is performed in a climate controlled indoor administrative office setting. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate, depending upon the office or meeting location. Ability to work overtime and weekends if needed.
** Physical Demands and Activities
** While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to communicate. The employee rarely is required to remain stationary. The employee is frequently required to move about the office, operate a computer and other office machinery, such as calculator, copy machine, and computer printer; frequently position self to maintain files; frequently moves boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
Close and distance observation required with ability to observe objects at close range in presence of glare or bright lighting (e.g., computer screen). Must possess the ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand and have the ability to interact with external and internal stakeholders.
** NTC Non-Exempt Operations Position
** The amount of work that needs to be accomplished to service the needs of NTC clients is subject to fluctuations. Due to these fluctuations, NTC may require its employees to move from an area where work is slower to an area where their services are more needed by NTC.The willingness of personnel to assist in or move to other areas within NTC, when needed, is an important factor for the company to meet the needs of our clients.
