The Little Gym International is looking for a Gymnastics Instructor to join our team of dedicated educators.

You will introduce kids to the serious fun of education and play within The Little Gym's unique learning environment, teach classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method, and provide outstanding customer service and a welcoming membership experience.

• Introduce kids to the serious fun of education and play in The Little Gym's learning environment.
• Teach amazing classes using our proven curriculum and teaching method (we’ll teach you how!).
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience, treating members like family.
• Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for children in each class.
• Treat each class and each child as if it’s their first day—every week.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing environment that encourages children to develop at their own pace.

• Passion for working with kids and creating a playful learning atmosphere.
• Enjoy giving high fives and playing like a child; a background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics is helpful but not required.
• Customer‑service oriented with a genuine desire to help others feel good.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, energetic presence.
• Ability to adapt instruction to a variety of ages and skill levels.

$14.00 - $18.00 per hour
