Position: Assistant Center Manager - Physical Therapist

Location: 31964 US Highway 19 North, Palm Harbor, FL 34684

Schedule: Monday & Wednesday 10 AM-7 PM | Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 7 AM-4 PM

Compensation: Starting at $85,000+/year (based on experience)

Incentives: $20,000 sign-on bonus + $350/month student loan repayment benefit

Our Palm Harbor center offers specialized services in orthopedics, neurology, vestibular rehab, concussion management, POETS, hand therapy, and fall prevention.

• Provide hands‑on patient care
• Support a team of 4 PTs and 1 PTA
• Develop leadership skills to manage your own center within 12‑18 months
• Offer coaching, guidance, support, and training for staff development and growth
• Assist leadership in growing both the center and market through program and business development
• Support employee engagement and retention efforts
• Assist with the management and resolution of employee relations issues
• Help develop strategies to increase profitability
• Provide an exceptional patient care experience

• Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy
• Valid State Physical Therapy License
• Minimum 2 years outpatient orthopedic experience
• CPR certification
