Pay Range

Base pay range: $17.00/hr - $20.00/hr this range is provided by Home Well Care Services of CA Northern Bay Area. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

All shifts for caregiver/CNA/HHA positions available. Cases available in Palm Harbor, Clearwater, Tarpon Springs, Largo and surrounding areas.
We are looking for compassionate Caregivers to be a part of our team and join us in our mission of enhancing seniors’ lives, one day at a time. You work individually with clients, one-on-one, providing a variety of non-medical services that allows you to form relationships with seniors who desire to age in place in their own homes.

• Starting at $17.00 per hour based on client care experience and certification
• Higher hourly rate for short shifts

• Perform activities of daily living and provide companionship for our clients in their homes
• Personal hygiene including but not limited to bathing, grooming and dressing
• Meal planning and preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Provide ambulation and transferring assistance as needed
• Help with medication as required
• Transportation for appointments and errands

• Must be 18 years old or older
• Preferred CNA or HHA license or 6 months of full-time work or 12 months of part time work caring for geriatric or chronically ill persons.
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position, including lifting and transferring up to 50 pounds
• Must have an active CPR Certification or be willing to get certified
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with valid insurance
• Must possess excellent communication skills
• Are mature, caring, punctual and reliable
• Must have an active State of Florida Level 2 Background Check or pass one

  Paid mileage for driving between multiple clients in a single day
