The Nurse Lawyer, P.A. is a team led by the only board‑certified civil trial lawyer and registered nurse in the state of Florida. Base pay range$60,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr
Responsibilities- Manage your own case load under the supervision of an attorney and with the help of a legal assistant.
- Handle cases through all litigation phases: client communication, medical records review/management, drafting discovery, e‑filing pleadings, trial preparation, and finalizing case closure.
- 5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Typing speed of 65+ WPM.
- Self‑motivated, positive, enthusiastic, a team player, hardworking, and efficient.
