Summary
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our team in Palm Harbor. As an associate you will work closely with our talented Trial Attorneys, providing support before, during and after trials. This is an opportunity to learn and develop litigation skills alongside world-class trial attorneys. You will learn and execute the playbook, becoming a polished and well-rounded litigator.
Responsibilities- Provide legal support to clients and trial testify/assist attorneys
- Maintain client relationships
- Handle files from complaint to resolution
- Prepare legal reports and documents
- Interacting with expert witnesses, including conferences, drafting expert reports and affidavits
- Attend and prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
- Work closely with Litigation Paralegals and Case Managers
- Law degree from a fully accredited law school
- Active member in good standing with the FL State Bar Association
- 1+ years of litigation experience (PI preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong interest in Personal Injury Law
- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
